How can I unblock a number, in order for them to call me again?

Heyy, my mom blocked my boyfriend's number, and he can no longer call me, but we've been trying to figure out a way to unblock his number. I was told to dial *82 and to just unblock his number, what do I do?

Reply:was the blocked created right thru the telephone devices or a request made thru the telephone company?


-if it was blocked from the tel device itself, over the menu there is a setting of blocking unwanted calls. check the number of your BF there and place a check to "remove" from the list of blocked numbers


-if the request was made thru a tel company, then you have to ask permission from your mom to call up again the tel company and unblock your BF's number.
