Unblock yahoo?

can't get into my e-mail..it's been blocked. how do i unblock it?

Unblock yahoo?
try using a proxy server or do the following, go to command prompt and type ping(space)www.yahoo.com and then cut and paste the IP Adress into your internet browser adress bar.

Reply:I don't understand how your e-mail can be blocked? Do you mean you can log into your acct.?
