Reply:well...what site do you want, and how is it being blocked......you can go to google....google the page, and click on the "cached" link after the description....use google translation and type it in through the translator.....get to your command propmt and type "ping www.nameofsite.com" and when it comes up with the reaction,if you typed it right, it should say "pinging 'sitename' [ip address] with 32 bytes of data.......get the ip, and type it into the address bar of yor explorer....but first it would help if you told me what website you want to get to
Reply:if your getting blocked by like a school thing like screen door you can usually use a proxy.


http://www.forproxy.com/ has a list of them(some dont work right so keep trying)
Reply:go to google and type in website unblocker...then go to a website and you just type in the website address were it says to...i have done it b4 so it should work
