websites are blocked by the explorer itself, like for example pop-ups, it occurs when you've set the PRIVACY and CONTENT settings to, let's say above medium. Or maybe you have a third party program like an anti-virus software that has blocked such websites you are accessing...

But Freeman's right, they are wastes of time. The only way I could see this being ok is if you are trying to unblock an internet radio website such as pandora.

Your IT department blocks certain sites like myspace for good reasons. They are pointless wastes of time.

Reply:Go to http://www.google.com and search "webroxy". The first one is the best. Try the first 5 and choose one you like. Be careful not to tell anyone! At my school, everyone knew about it and now webroxies are blocked also.
