i have a samsung a930 and the get it now and texting is blocked, can i unblock the get it now menu, IF so, how?

Call Verizon and see if those features are included in your plan, if they aren't, that's why they are blocked.
Reply:Those can only be blocked by talking directly with Verizon, if the account is not in ur name, talk to the account holder because odds are that they blocked them on purpose. The only way to unblock them is by calling the company
Reply:it happened to me, you have to call customer service and get it unblocked, it is not a setting on the phone. If they are on the ball, which they usually are, it will only take a minute or so.
