ive got a samsung which is blocked by the network, was wonderin if theres any code or a way through bluetooth that i can unblock it.

if you mean unlock so you can use any network then yes you can by doing what "day walker" has suggested but if you mean unblock as in it being blocked because it was reported stolen then probably not no
