Unblock Firewalls?

Yes I would like to play a game online called americas army and its not letting me connect and the troubleshooter said to unblock firewalls, my question is where and how do I do that? (windows vista). it says through any ''router" I am using....





these are the firewalls I need to unblock if this helps





UDP:


-1716 for the game


-1717 for the gamequery


-1718 for the master server query


-8777 for the standard UT query





TCP:


14200 for the authorization server and MBS browser


20025-20045 for the authorization server and MBS browser


20046-20047 for the authorization server and MBS browser


20048 for DCDS
