ok, I have admin rights, my parents don't give about runescape, proxies don't work 4 runescape, sister refuses to unblock, money won't get her 2 unblock, and idk how 2 unblock. that enough info to answer? plz explain step-by-step how 2 unblock, thanks.

Reply:did she block the site she probably did this with ie explorer . so heres a tip download firefox 2 it well work and you can't block sites in firefox . and there is a portable edition so you can put it on a flash drive so she can't delete firefox

just go to google.com and type in proxy codes and go to a website. you type in the url and it will give u the proxy setting and instructions.
