How to UNBLOCK emails?

One day i checked my email and someone posted 1000 bulletins on my youtube profile. I couldn't stand it so i marked youtube service as spam. However, the person eventually stopped. I tried unblocking youtube service, i went to my email options, and checked my spam block list. Youtube service wasn't on the list, so i thought it was fine. But i went to youtube and i realized i received 16 messages that my yahoo mail never notified me about. How do i unblock a spammed site that isn't on my block list?
