i always come to public computers (libraries). i find that i am not able to have an access of using the yahoo messenger and the msn messenger, they are blcoked.. i wanna knw how to unblock.. so ppl, help me on diz pls.. i will really appreciate if u ans this question.. thnkz.. waiting all respective answers...
