Reply:if it ask for a PUK code u must call your phone provider. if it is locked u must know the code or get ur provider to reset it. i dont know wat u mean by blocked. blocked from wat and i could help you more.
oh and tounlock it press n hold the upper right button on the key pad and enter the last four digits of ur number
